Hi EVERYBODY, my book, Melody Jackson and the House on Lafayette Street, is up for September Book of the Month (on the ebookminer group).

Would you do me the honor of voting for me?

Full disclosure.  You need to both join the ebookminer group

~~AND~~ you will be required to read and review my book in two weeks.  (Though a FREE ebook version will be provided for you for this purpose)

If you're still interested...

After joining the group, here's the link to the voting page (or also, I think you just need to scroll down to the bottom of the group.)

Thanks for reading, and enjoy the rest of your day.

Camp Nanowrimo is almost over.  I don't think I'm going to be able to finish the first draft of the sequel on time, but it might be pretty close.  Projected completion date is currently August 11th.

Melody's listed on the Zombie Fiction Fanatic Website.  Head on over and show them some love.

Multnomah County Library just ordered 4 copies of my book!

This happened on July 10th -  It's more of an honor than anything.  I think I only make 20 cents per book sold to libraries and universities.  Someone it just makes me kinda feel like I've finally made it.

Yaggo!  I just heard some news today, and I'm not too sure how I feel about it.  More later when I can put this into words.

A friend of mine has collected the events from my documentary into book form.  It's been released as fiction, so as to hopefully not cause too much of a stir.  Of course now that I say it's a fictionalized account of true events, I probably just blew the cover....

Day One - AFTER THE INFERNO (well, that's a little extreme, as their weren't any fires per-say...OKAY, this was a shameless eye-catcher. Sue me.)

Me, in my younger days
My mother thought it might be therapeutic if I started a blog and jotted down my thoughts after the events.  I realize that no one remembers said events (which I will not go into at this juncture) of the last couple of weeks, and I will probably be written off as a loon in the comments.  That's fine!  That's a cross we must all bear at some point in our lives.

After I finished the documentary, I realized that there was much more going on than we at first realized. There's no way I can release this video to the public at this point.  Not that I don't love ridicule and dirty looks, but until people get their memories back, I would rather it not fall into the internet fringe.
